Projects such as the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions (inclusive of data consolidation and disaster recovery solutions) successfully deployed at First Bank of Nigeria Plc. remains a credible achievement. Installation and maintenance  of Nortel Communication server 1000M (CS1000M) stand-alone Unified Communication System. This covers a range of 200  to 1,500 customers and is scalable to 15,0000 extensions. Implementation of Site Help Desk to help improve helpdesk call logging management.
